Mama Bear's Clay Creations earrings are made from various materials including but not limited to: polymer clay, acrylic paint, gold, gold plating, silver, sterling silver, rhodium, iron, stainless steel and brass.

Do any items contain nickel?

No. All Mama Bear's Clay Creations are made with nickel-free components.

Should my clay earrings be flexible?

Yes. Polymer clay is typically flexible after curing. Flexible is beneficial as it helps limit breakage. With that thought in mind, please refrain from bending your jewelry to see its flexibility. It will weaken the jewelry and lead to shortened life. It may also break the bond between joining pieces.

I see most earrings are made with posts. Are there any other options?

Of course! Most items you see can be converted to a hook or lever-back style upon request. Just send an email to mamabearsclaycreations@yahoo.com with your specific request.

Do you accept custom orders? 

Custom orders are accepted on a case by case basis. Depending on availability of supplies and tooling. Processing time typically runs 1-2 weeks, occasionally more.
