Refund policy
Refunds/Exchanges/Damages
Earrings are final sale. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any items.
If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us via email at mamabearsclaycreations@yahoo.com regarding damaged items.
Shipping policy
Once a package ships, we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to your local post office to inquire.
If a package is being returned due to an incomplete address, please email us. In most cases we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.
